Maintenance
メイクのメンテナンスをご希望の際は、お迎えした年、ヘッド名称、お迎え方法(オーダー/オークション/里子)を記載のうえ、画像等を添付し、DMかメールで詳細をお知らせください。
・メンテナンス料金
フルリメイク：25000円
部分リタッチ：3000円～（規模・程度により）
付け睫毛修正：500円（※睫毛再購入の場合は＋睫毛代）
睫毛植毛修正：1000円
<里子でお迎えした時は>
オーダー、オークションに関わらず、基本的にメイク付きのまま手放す事は禁止しております。
例外としてメイク付きヘッドをお迎えされた際のメンテナンス可否は以下のとおりです。
・里子でお迎え直後
お受付できません。
メイクは消耗品であり、何かしらダメージがあるのが「里子」です。
・里子で1年以上遊んで頂いた後
お受付いたします。
里子であるにも関わらず、愛着をもって長く遊んで頂きありがとうございます。
How To Sell
メイク済みヘッドを手放す際はメイクオフをお願いいたします。
・メイクオフ方法
「Mrカラーうすめ液」とメラミンスポンジで除去可能です。傷メイクやタトゥーも除去できます。
「ペイントリムーバーeco」も使用できます。
うすめ液をつけたスポンジで優しく磨いてあげてください。
口内や二重瞼の溝などは、歯ブラシや綿棒を使うと落ちやすいです。きれいになったら、中性洗剤や水で洗い、乾燥させてください。
もし乾燥後に白い膜のようなものが現れた場合は、そこにまだ塗膜が残っている証拠です。
ボディメイクを除去する際は、一度ボディを解体してから除去してください。
※不慣れな方はラップを巻く等の漬け置きはお止めください！
ヘッド表面がボロボロになる可能性があります。
・メイクオフしたくない場合
諸所の理由でどうしてもメイクオフができない、したくない場合は以下をご参考ください。
オークションのヘッド/ボディ：
必ず経年劣化箇所を記載のうえで、出品価格（落札価格ではありません！）よりも低い価格での即決取引や、金銭の発生しない方法でのお譲りをお願いします。
メイクオーダーのヘッド：
必ずオーダーした年と経年劣化箇所を記載のうえで、メイク代金を含めない価格設定か、金銭の発生しない方法でのお譲りをお願いします。
個人的に、ヘッドを手放される事について特に感情的な抵抗はありません。
お気軽にお声掛けくだされば、メイクオフの詳しい手順や、お譲り相談などなど、お手伝いもさせていただきます。
ただし、何の連絡も許可もなく高額での再販売を確認した際は、SNSで注意喚起の上、今後のお取引をお断りする可能性がございます。
非常に悪質だと判断した場合は、二次被害を防ぐためにも、該当者様のアカウント名やID、スクリーンショットを公表する可能性があります。ご注意ください。

Maintenance
When requesting maintenance, please include the year the doll was acquired, the head name, and the acquisition method (order/auction/adoption).
Attach images and send details via DM or email.
<Maintenance Fees>
・Full Remake: 25,000 JPY
・Partial Retouch: 3,000 JPY and up (depending on scale and condition)
・Eyelash Correction: 500 JPY (*Additional cost for new eyelashes if repurchased)
・Eyelash Implantation Correction: 1,000 JPY
<When the Doll Was Adopted (Secondhand)>
Regardless of whether the doll was originally acquired through order or auction, it is generally prohibited to pass on the doll with its makeup intact.
Exceptions for maintenance of makeup on adopted heads are as follows:
・Immediately After Adoption
Maintenance requests cannot be accepted.
Makeup is a consumable, and adopted dolls typically have some degree of damage.
・After Playing with the Adopted Doll for Over a Year
Maintenance requests can be accepted.
Thank you for cherishing and enjoying the adopted doll for a long time.
How To Sell
Please remove the makeup before selling the head.
・Makeup Removal Method
Makeup can be removed using "Mr. Color Thinner" and a melamine sponge. This method can also remove scar makeup or tattoos.
"Paint Remover Eco" can also be used.
Gently rub the surface with a sponge soaked in thinner. For areas like the mouth or double eyelid grooves, using a toothbrush or cotton swab makes removal easier. Once clean, wash with neutral detergent or water and dry thoroughly.
If a white film appears after drying, it indicates that some paint residue remains.
When removing body makeup, disassemble the body first before proceeding with removal.
*Note: If you are unfamiliar with the process, please avoid soaking the head in thinner (e.g., by wrapping it in plastic wrap)!
This may cause the head's surface to become damaged or crumbly.
・If You Don’t Want to Remove the Makeup
If, for some reason, you are unable or unwilling to remove the makeup, please refer to the following guidelines:
・Auction Heads/Bodies:
Clearly state any signs of aging or deterioration, and offer the item at a price lower than the original purchase price (not the auction’s final bid price!) for an immediate transaction, or transfer it through a non-monetary method.
・Custom Makeup Order Heads:
Clearly state the year the order was made and any signs of aging or deterioration, and set a price that does not include the cost of the makeup or transfer it through a non-monetary method.
Personally, I have no emotional attachment to the act of parting with a head.
Feel free to reach out, and I’d be happy to assist with detailed makeup removal instructions, consultations about transferring the item, or other support.
However, if I confirm that an item has been resold at a high price without any prior contact or permission, I may issue a warning on social media and potentially refuse future transactions.
In cases deemed particularly malicious, I may publicly disclose the account name, ID, or screenshots of the individual involved to prevent secondary harm.
